These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and bdt5 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in relation to your use of all products, services, features, and content made available through the bdt5 website located at https://bdt5.club and any associated mobile-optimised interface.

This Agreement is effective from the Effective Date stated in the header of this document and supersedes any prior versions of the bdt5 Terms & Conditions. bdt5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made, bdt5 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the bdt5 website. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all aspects of the bdt5 platform, including but not limited to: live casino games sourced from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi; RNG slots and table games from NetEnt, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, and other certified providers; the bdt5 sportsbook covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all Bangladesh Tigers cricket fixtures; the bdt5 Loyalty Program; all bonus and promotional offers; payment transactions conducted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported Bangladeshi bank accounts; and all communications between you and bdt5 customer support.

By using bdt5, you also confirm that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the overall terms governing your use of the platform.

To register and maintain an active account on bdt5, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a human individual and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or automated system.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or banned by bdt5 for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraud, or responsible gaming concerns.
• You are not acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme or cooling-off period that would prohibit you from gambling.
• You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and during any subsequent KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) bdt5 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

bdt5 conducts identity verification (KYC) as part of our commitment to player safety and regulatory compliance. Verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Accepted identity documents include a valid Bangladeshi National ID Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a valid driving licence. Once your bdt5 account has been created and verified, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method you have configured. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdt5 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

All transactions and wagers placed from your account are deemed to have been made by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact bdt5 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected] so that your account can be secured.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information held on your bdt5 account — including your name, date of birth, email address, and linked payment method — remains accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate account closure.

bdt5 accounts are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are expressed in BDT. The Taka symbol ৳ is used throughout the platform to represent this currency.

Inactive accounts — those where no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — may be designated as dormant. bdt5 will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address prior to taking any action on a dormant account. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.

bdt5 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, including requesting additional identity documents, source-of-funds declarations, or other information as deemed necessary to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to cooperate with such checks may result in account restriction or closure.

bdt5 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments — i.e., deposits made from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be reversed on discovery.

Withdrawals will only be processed after your account has completed KYC verification. bdt5 operates a same-payment-method withdrawal policy: funds will be returned to the same wallet or bank account used to make the original deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to protect players against unauthorised withdrawal requests.

bdt5 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — bdt5 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party fees imposed by payment providers.

bdt5 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving a withdrawal above ৳50,000. This is a standard AML check and is not an indication that your account is under investigation. Cooperation with such requests is required under the terms of this Agreement.

Deposits made to a bdt5 account cannot be reversed once they have been credited. If you believe a deposit has been made in error, please contact support immediately — bdt5 will do its best to assist, but cannot guarantee reversal of completed transactions.

bdt5 offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, reload bonuses, cashback offers, sports betting enhanced odds, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year). The availability, value, and terms of individual promotions may change at any time without prior notice.

The following general rules apply to all bdt5 bonus offers unless the individual promotion's terms state otherwise:

• One bonus per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types specified in the promotion terms (e.g., a slots free spin bonus cannot be used on live casino tables).
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is completed will be voided along with any related winnings.
• bdt5 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time if it believes the offer is being exploited, abused, or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
• Players who use bonus funds to place low-risk combinations of bets (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "arbitrage betting") may have their winnings forfeited and their account reviewed.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to bonus winnings. Where a maximum is set, it will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Loyalty Program points earned from bonus-funded wagers may be credited at a reduced rate as stated in the Loyalty Program terms.

bdt5 has the right to amend, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any bonus at any time if it determines that the bonus has been claimed or used in breach of these terms or if technical errors have affected the promotion. In such cases, bdt5 will endeavour to act fairly and communicate the reason for its decision to the affected player.

bdt5 operates as an aggregator of games provided by independent certified studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of individual games — including paytables, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, side bet rules, and game-specific bonus mechanics — are governed by the respective game provider and are available within each game's help or information section.

The following conduct rules apply to all game play on bdt5:

• Players must not use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Players must not exploit software bugs, glitches, display errors, or pricing errors. Any winnings resulting from a known error may be voided by bdt5 at its discretion.
• Players must not collude with other players in table games or live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Players must not engage in any form of money laundering, including using bdt5 to disguise the origin of funds by depositing and withdrawing without genuine play.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, bdt5's system logs constitute the definitive record of the game state and outcome. Disputed game results that cannot be resolved from bdt5's logs may be referred to the relevant game provider for review. bdt5 does not accept liability for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

For sports betting, all markets are governed by bdt5's sportsbook rules, which are available in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or other events affecting the settlement of a bet, bdt5's sportsbook rules and, where applicable, the rules of the relevant sport's governing body (e.g., the ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) will determine the outcome.

bdt5 reserves the right to void, suspend, or re-settle any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the market or the underlying event has been compromised. Players found to have knowingly wagered on a fixed or manipulated event will have their accounts suspended and winnings forfeited.

bdt5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gambling is a form of paid entertainment and should always be enjoyed within personal financial limits. bdt5 provides the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players can configure a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, the player will receive a notification and be logged out automatically.

bdt5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that any of the following conditions apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or match-fixing related activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or prohibited technical tools on the platform.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement mandating account closure.
• Concerns related to the account holder's mental capacity or vulnerability that make continued play inappropriate.

Players may close their own bdt5 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (i.e., funds that are not bonus funds and that have not been forfeited under these terms) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Where bdt5 closes an account due to a breach of these terms, it reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach — particularly in cases involving fraud or money laundering — bdt5 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and to report the matter to relevant authorities.

bdt5's decisions regarding account suspension and termination are final. Players who believe an account action has been taken in error may submit a formal complaint to [email protected]. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated fairly and impartially. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with general principles of fairness and good faith applicable to online gaming platforms.
